Municipalities developing climate adaptation plans, risk assessments, and capacity-building initiatives can apply for the Green Municipal Fund’s Climate-Ready Plans and Processes grant.
With up to $140,000 available per recipient, CEA is here to help maximize your chances of a successful application. We have supported applications in previous intakes and delivered the work for successful applicants. Our team can ensure projects are carefully scoped, equity and reconciliation measures are included, and achievable, measurable outcomes are targeted.
Talk to us if you are:
- A Canadian municipality
- Wanting to develop climate adaptation plans, community-wide climate risk assessments, climate-focused asset management strategies, or capacity-building initiatives
- Seeking up to $140,000 of grant funding, depending on population size
CEA can also help give your application an edge by guiding the incorporation of equity or Reconciliation measures (eligible for 15% more funding).
Or CEA can guide a regional or cohort approach where successful applicants collaborate for shared learning, peer support, and efficiencies (eligible for 5% more funding).
Let's collaborate!
Please email Katherine McDougall to discuss.
