CEA is a member-based, non-profit organization working since 1995 at the community level to reduce emissions, conserve energy and progressively transition to a low carbon, resilient economy.

As a non-profit consultant, all proceeds from our work go back into advancing solutions for community climate action.

We prepare plans for both climate mitigation and adaptation. We have expertise in inventories, target setting, local government policy, and local and indigenous community consultation. Our plans lead to successful projects and programs.
