Earth Day 2025

Every day, our team shows up to play a specific role in tackling the root causes and far-reaching impacts of climate change—digging into data, policy, and solutions; building relationships and having important conversations. Behind the spreadsheets, engagement plans, workplans, and strategies, we’re a group of people who share a deep commitment to protecting our planet. We asked our staff to share photos of the spaces and moments that fuel their passion—whether it’s a quiet forest trail, a tree in bloom, a favourite camping spot, or a stretch of shoreline. These images remind us why we do this work: to protect the lands, waters, communities, and people we cherish today and for generations to come. This week, in celebration of Earth Day, we are at our desks working with partners, funders, and collaborators to accelerate action related to climate and energy. We are also finding moments to pause, reflect, and feel immense gratitude for the privilege of experiencing this wonderful planet. There’s one planet—and it’s worth fighting for.
