North Cowichan wins in the Community Planning & Development category, Surrey wins the Corporate Operations award and Campbell River and School District 72 receive the Public Collaboration award. Colwood, Capital Regional District and Telkwa receive Honourable Mentions.

Regional District of Nanaimo, City of Rossland and City of North Vancouver receive Honourable Mentions.

The City of Vancouver won the Community Planning and Development award, Dawson Creek won the Corporate Operations award and Colwood won in the Public Sector Collaboration category. Burns Lake, Coquitlam and the Carbon Neutral Kootenays project each received an Honourable Mention.

The City of Prince George won the Community Planning & Development Award while the District of Maple Ridge received the Corporate Operations Award. Honourable Mentions were given to the District of Tofino, City of Campbell River, and City of North Vancouver.
