During this FREE, 1 hour, online lunch & learn explore proven approaches to marketing high performance, energy efficient homes with a focus on northern BC.  This event is for an audience of real estate professionals, builders, and developers province-wide, and is a collaboration of CHBA Northern BC, Community Energy Association and the BC Northern Real Estate Board.  Pending approval from BC Housing for 1 CPD point.

Alison Conroy, Pelican Consulting, Prince George, BC- With over a decade of experience in the field of residential energy efficiency, Alison holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and is a Certified Passive House Consultant, Energy Advisor (CEA) licensed under Natural Resources Canada and a LEED for Homes Accredited Professional.

Meredith Hamstead, thinkBright Homes, Invermere, BC -thinkBright owners Paul Denchuk and Meredith Hamstead are passionate about building homes and communities better, for people and for the planet.  Meredith operates behind the scenes at thinkBright Homes applying two decades of environmental consulting experience to deliver rigorous project and financial management and client relations. Meredith leads thinkBright’s customer service, from the first meeting to the hand over of front door keys.

The Building A Legacy North Initiative supports the northern building industry’s transition to a performance pathway approach with customized training and resources. It is a collaboration of CHBA Northern BC and Community Energy Association with funding provided by BC Hydro.
